Completing a registration implies the express, full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Booker and the Player.
Voleiboom reserves the right to accept or reject registration requests, or to deny access to its activities, where there are organisational, disciplinary or safety reasons to do so.
These conditions apply to all activities organised by Voleiboom, including the VOLEIBOOM International Beach Volleyball Camp by Javier Bosma, Barcelona–Castelldefels.
The Player must complete the registration form correctly, provide accurate information and pay the corresponding amount within the established deadline.
If the activity is fully booked, Voleiboom may place the request on a waiting list.
A registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and the sending of a confirmation email by Voleiboom.
Registration does not include: accommodation, transport, meals, medical or travel insurance, medical expenses or any additional personal expenses, unless expressly stated on the official website.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical condition. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
If symptoms such as dizziness or unusual pain occur, the participant must stop the activity immediately and notify staff.
It is the participant's responsibility to arrive with appropriate and safe equipment for beach volleyball practice.
The Player and accompanying persons agree to hold Voleiboom harmless against any claims arising from injuries, damage or theft.
In the event of inappropriate conduct, the participant may be removed without entitlement to a refund.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to administracion@voleiboom.com.
Voleiboom shall not be liable for cancellations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics or governmental decisions.
Should the cancellation be attributable to the organisation, the amount paid will be refunded in full, without covering additional expenses such as flights or accommodation.
Specific measures are in place for adverse weather conditions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, officials and spectators. This policy applies to all activities organised by Voleiboom.
- If temperature exceeds 40 °C (104 °F), play will be suspended. Mandatory breaks every 15 min. Access to water and shade guaranteed.
- Play may continue down to 0 °C (32 °F) provided players are appropriately dressed and the playing surface is safe.
- Play is suspended immediately upon sighting lightning or hearing thunder.
- 30-minute rule: play may only resume 30 minutes after the last lightning or thunder.
- All must seek shelter in a closed building or vehicle.
- Light rain: play continues normally.
- Heavy rain: play is suspended if water accumulates on the court.
- Sustained winds exceeding 80 km/h (50 mph) will result in suspension or cancellation of the activity.
Voleiboom's responsibility is limited to the official activity hours and the designated facilities.
Drop-off and pick-up must be carried out by authorised persons.
Voleiboom may use images captured during the activity for promotional purposes, unless the participant explicitly objects in writing prior to the start of the camp.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days to eventos@voleiboom.com.
This agreement shall be governed by the legislation applicable in the country where the activity takes place.
